Special Features

The Search, The Encounter and The Hive
The Search is the name for the base game in Aliens, also known as Level 1. Once the bonus has been triggered, you will be taken to Level 2, known as The Encounter. The music at this stage is really adrenaline pumping.
All of the multiplier icons that you collected in Level 1’s Alien Activity Metre will now be kept and transferred to the metre in Level 2. You must make your way across the metre once more, this time without being killed by Aliens. This bonus works like a free spins bonus game.
After every free spin, an ammo counter will start spinning. You need to pick up bullets, in order to keep spinning. If you land bullets, you can kill the approaching Aliens in the graphic video, which appears after each spin. If you run out of bullets, your marine is killed and the bonus ends.
Should you make it across to the other side of the metre, you will then enter Level 3, known as The Hive. Now there is only one objective here; destroy the Queen and her brood. The metre will now represent a Hive Health Meter, and you must continue with your free spins bonus, doing damage to the Hive by picking up grenades (instead of ammo). Multipliers can also appear in this bonus. If you successfully defeat The Queen before running out of ammo and free spins, you will pocket the best prize in the game, which is 3,800 coins.
